PHYSICAL ACTIVITY PROGRAMS – BE FIT, BE STRONG: MEN’S 50+ FITNESS
This circuit style program is suitable for different fitness levels. You can set your level of effort for the session and build towards a personal goal. Warm up as a group then on the circuit stations. New exercises offered each class for each station. Fun music, good energy, and a place to meet friends for a healthy break.
ElderAction is a program for Elders (50+) to get active and stay active to improve health and overall well-being. These are our spring offerings. New offerings will added for the summer. If you are younger than 50, you are welcome to attend.
The program leaders are Sooyeon Zacharias, Community Activity Coordinator and Judith Urquhart, Program Coordinator.
