Exercise Videos

The SAIL Home Activity Program includes a number of exercise videos at 3 different levels that you can watch and do the exercises along with the videos. These exercises are specifically designed to help prevent falls.

Tai Chi is another great way to help prevent falls. Click on the Tai Chi Videos Image to watch a video from the Centre for Hip Health and Mobility, about elders doing Tai Chi.
