A gentle form of yoga that is practiced sitting on a chair, or by standing using a chair for support. Chair yoga is a great practice for everyone, as it improves flexibility, and helps build strength for better balance, which can help prevent falls. Learn many kinds of yoga postures, breathing techniques, and ways of relaxation.
