This walking program is suitable for all levels of fitness. Join us to improve your heart health and fitness, to have fun, and to socialize with friends.
ElderAction is a program for Elders (50+) to get active and stay active to improve health and overall well-being. These are our spring offerings. New offerings will added for the summer. If you are younger than 50, you are welcome to attend.
The program leaders are Sooyeon Zacharias, Community Activity Coordinator and Judith Urquhart, Program Coordinator.
