PHYSICAL ACTIVITY PROGRAMS – TAI CHI
This is a gentle flow of relaxing standing and sitting exercises. It is designed to improve flow of energy (chi) and to build strength for better balance. Research shows that better balance means fewer falls.
ElderAction is a program for Elders (50+) to get active and stay active to improve health and overall well-being. These are our spring offerings. New offerings will added for the summer. If you are younger than 50, you are welcome to attend.
The program leaders are Sooyeon Zacharias, Community Activity Coordinator and Judith Urquhart, Program Coordinator.
