Drumming & dancing helps reduce stress and helps us connect our body, mind and spirit, creating balance. Learn traditional Nlaka’pamux drum beats and songs. Bring your hand drum, moccosins and enthusiasm and share your knowledge. Pow wow dancing is very active! Put on Your mocs or dancing shoes and start moving to the beat to the drum. Swing and sway the native way.
